Everyone will learn to use AI. Few will develop the taste to govern it - to know when a cost structure is locked in, when an engineering assumption deserves pushback, and when the tradeoff isn't worth it. That judgment is the new edge, and it doesn't come from tooling.
Today's rate of change is likely the slowest we'll ever experience. When the landscape moves that fast, public information is already behind. The real edge is sourcing high-signal context you can't find online - through relationships across industries and geographies that surface what's actually happening before it's consensus.
